About Us
We are supporting local farmers in the Capital Country Region that grow and supply us with lavender for use in the production of our products.
The diverse range of products that are assembled in the factory in Batemans Bay on the South Coast of New South Wales are wholesaled and retailed throughout Australia.
The Pooch Pamper Pet Products range is the newest addition to the business and we have had a fantastic response from the general public and groomers. It has a blend of natural oils which is ideal for sensitive skin and that repels fleas and insects.
The markets and shows that we sell our products at range from small country markets right through to The Royal Agricultural Shows in most states.
None of our products are tested on animals.
Farm History
Mt Wayo Lavender Farm began in 1996 as a diversification from sheep and cattle to stabilise the farm income.
Lavender was chosen to be grown because of Grandmas love of the plant and we had the ideal climate for it to grow.
In its beginning Diana (mum) started a small nursery and sold the lavender plants at local markets. As well as having the nursery we decided to grow commercially to produce lavender oil which was then used in a range of products that we still sell to this day.
The diverse range of products are produced by owners David and Gaye in their factory at Batemans Bay on the South Coast of New South Wales.The products are wholesaled and retailed throughout Australia.
To meet our production we also have farmers that grow in the Goulburn / Crookwell regions that supply us with lavender.
We introduced the heat pack bear firstly at Floriade 2011 and we were overwhelmed by the response from the visitors to the festival. There has been a continued following for this product.
